Replaceable tooling

Commercial agent tools and open-source agents sit behind our engineering control plane rather than in front of it. Which tool writes a given change is an implementation detail; the standards it has to clear are not.

That is deliberate: tooling in this space changes faster than the systems it builds, and an engagement should not inherit a dependency on whichever agent was fashionable at the start of it.

Quality gates

Architecture standards, test coverage, security scanning, licence checks, code review, performance budgets and release approval. A change clears all of them or it does not ship โ€” the same gates whether a person or an agent wrote it.

Customer-zero

We run these methods on our own platforms before applying them to a customer's. Where something has only been tried internally, we say so rather than presenting it as proven practice.
