Why we exist
Most organisations do not have a software problem. They have a fit problem: the systems they run were designed around someone else's process, and the difference is absorbed by people — in workbooks, in message threads, and in the heads of whoever has been there longest.
The usual answers make it worse. Another subscription adds another seam. A large replacement programme bets years of budget on a specification written before anyone understood the exceptions.
DebugInit builds internal software around how a business actually works, from reusable platform components rather than from scratch — so the first system is affordable and the fifth one is cheap.
